compassion for yourself, compassion for others -
then you are living your purpose,
no matter what form that takes.
In this episode I talk about the importance of gratitude in our lives, not just when everything is going well, but especially when things are not going so well, when we feel stuck or frustrated with a situation or circumstances in our lives.
People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they are thankful for, tend to experience more positive emotions, to feel more alive and even to sleep better, and it also helps them to express more compassion and kindness.
